Romper: B.P Nordstrom
Wedges: Naturalizer (similar here)
This olive romper is a little out of my comfort zone, but I kind of love it! I like rompers, because they are so effortless and easy to throw on. With one article of clothing, you have a complete look. Call me lazy, but I’m all about it. Rompers are also huge for Spring as usual so I thought I’d snag one. This one has an adjustable waist and tons of pockets… plus it’s super comfy! I paired it with some classic brown wedges I bought a few years ago. I don’t wear wedges very often – I’m more of a heels kind of girl, but I thought these completed the look. As for my hair, I decided to try out a french braid around my crown. Essentially, I just did a normal french braid around the side of my head, except only pulled pieces of hair in from one side. I secured the braid underneath with a bobbie pin. It was very windy when these photos were taken, so I appreciated having some of my hair already pulled away from my face.
This past weekend Sean and I ventured out to Claremont, CA to a place we frequent when we first started dating. We packed a blanket and sat under some huge trees near Pomona College. I can’t believe it’s been almost 3 years since we first discovered that spot. I love the downtown shops that surround the Claremont colleges – so many vintage thrift shops, cute restaurants and mom & pop shops. We had a great time and will be back soon, I’m sure.
Hope you are having a nice week so far!
